Set Up Your TCC Accounts
1. Student Portal
*It may take up to 24 hours after you receive your Welcome email to be able to access your Student Portal and email account.
Review step by step instructions.
- Go to likun56.com
- Select More on likun56.com and then click on Portal Login.
- This will take you to the Portal Login page. Click on CLICK HERE TO LOGIN
- Create and sign in with your username by following the example below.
- Make sure to use all lowercase letters when signing in, username@student.likun56.com. Please refer to how to create your username below.
- EXAMPLE: tjackson65401@student.likun56.com
- Click on Next
- **NOTE** When logging in for the first time, your Password will be your 9-digit ctcLink ID number (TCC student ID).
- Then click Sign in.
Your Username is comprised of: your first initial, your full last name, the last 3 digits of your ctcLink ID number and the day you were born.
NOTE: If you put your preferred name on your admissions application, your username will be first letter of your preferred name followed by your full last name.

2. TCC Student Email
Review step by step instructions.
- From the Portal, select the group of squares in the upper right hand corner.
- Select Campus Email
- From the drop down, select Authentication phone
- In the first box, pick your country code in the second box enter your phone number.
- Select if you wish to get a text with a code or have the system call you. **Note** When Microsoft calls you, you will just press # to confirm you are the number called.
- Click Next
- Enter the 6-digit code you received in your text message or phone call.
- Click Verify
- Click Done
- You will now be in your Student Email.

3. Your ctcLink Account
Watch "How to set up your ctcLink for the first time."
Review step by step instructions.
- Visit gateway.ctclink.us or from the Portal, select the group of squares in the upper right hand corner and click on ctcLink Resources.
- Click Activate Your Account.
- NOTE: Do not use login information that may have been saved when you applied to the college.
- Complete the required fields to activate your account and to create your password. Your ID Type will be *ctcLink ID (new) and will start with 20#######.
